Condition Grading Information

Trade your mac use the following criteria to grade the devices:

Grade A:

Your device has no visible or deep scratches or dents. It is in “as new condition”. Every component is in full working order with no technical or cosmetic problems on the device.

Grade B:

Few minor scratches on the bodywork with possibly one or two very minor dents in the bodywork or casing. Screen and speakers are in full working order with no damage.

Grade C:

Full working order but in general poor condition, with some scratches and a few dents. Screen may have minor scratches or spots.

Grade D:

Full working order yet in very poor cosmetic condition with structural body damage, large dents, and numerous deep scratches. Screen has noticeable scratches.

Grade E:

Major fault with the device. eg Logic board failure, water damage, built in GPU problem, no power, broken screen, etc.

It is essential that our customers be very accurate and clear with the description of their when selling to us their computers, laptops, etc. This will make it easier for us to give them a more accurate description and prevent any disappointments from occurring. Should we receive a device which we feel does not meet the description and specifications of those stated, we will then have to provide a counter-offer based on the new information gathered.
